Q: Is there a Club Code of Conduct?

A: Matrix Cycle Club adheres to USA Cycling Code of Conduct for its Members. Matrix recognizes the USAC code as the club code of conduct. Additional conduct requirements may be required for participation in some programs (i.e. Junior Development Program).

Q: When will my Membership expire?

A: Memberships run for a calendar year and will expire Dec. 31 or the membership year. 2023 Membership expires on Dec. 31, 2023. 

Q: What if I want to use a paper copy to register?

A: Matrix Cycle Club has moved to a fully electronic registration system. This helps to ensure registrations get processed quickly and members information is updated with Bike Mart for appropriate BikeMart Reward benefit levels. 

Q: What if I'm registering my CHILD?

A: Individuals under the age of 18 are considered a CHILD and will need a Parent/Guardian to complete the online registration for on behalf of the CHILD. Parent/Guardian will need to create the primary account and then register the CHILD under that Account. A Parent/Guardian Waiver will need to by printed, signed and provided to the board before the CHILD membership will be considered active. 

Q: Is it important to use my current email and contact information? 

A: Yes. Not only is this used for club communication, the email is linked with the BikeMart Rewards program. You can update your email and contact information in your SportsEngine account any time. If you update please send a message to a Board Member so we can ensure the BikeMart Rewards information is updated as well.
